What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

The University’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, professional service for employees, their dependents, and organizational work units. The EAP provides a variety of services to help employees influenced by a range of personal or professional stressors. Campus plans typically offer up to three (3) sessions per presenting issue.
