Presidential Engagement Fellows

UM System is proud of the excellent teaching, breakthrough research and creative achievements and meaningful engagement of our faculty. The Presidential Engagement Fellows program shares these accomplishments with the citizens of Missouri in their own communities and faculty to make personal connections and deliver on the university's mission to disseminate and apply knowledge for the benefit all Missourians. South African Education Program

The University of Missouri South African Education Program (UMSAEP) delivers on the goal of aiding South Africans disadvantaged by their government's former apartheid policies. Since 1986, the University of Missouri System has partnered with the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in Cape Town, South Africa to advance mutual understanding between the institutions' faculties and foster cooperative teaching, research and service projects.
