What are the setup costs and what are the credit card fees?
As a merchant, do I have to take PCI training?
- Any official, administrator, or affiliate with responsibilities for managing University cardholder transactions and employees or personnel entrusted with handling or processing cardholder payments must complete annual training. IT Directors and designated staff must also complete PCI training if they have access to in scope systems.
- You would complete one of the online trainings listed below
- If you are regular staff or student employee you must take the three Skill Soft trainings
- PCI Compliance Essentials
- Privacy and Information Security
- Preventing Identity Theft
- If you are a Hospital employee you must complete and pass the "PCI-19" course through the Saba Learning Management System
- If you are not enrolled into either of these courses, please notify John Layman (laymanj@umsystem.edu) to get you enrolled.
- If you are regular staff or student employee you must take the three Skill Soft trainings

- You would complete one of the online trainings listed below
- The Treasurer's Office will conduct onsite training for each Campus and for Hospital and University Physicians.
