Julia G. Brncic was appointed to the University of Missouri Board of Curators in 2017 by Governor Eric Greitens.
Brncic is the senior vice president, chief counsel and corporate secretary for Cigna, a global health services company, where she is responsible for legal support of U.S. Client Services, Investments and the Office of the Corporate Secretary. Prior to Cigna’s acquisition of Express Scripts, she was vice president and deputy general counsel responsible for all litigation and government investigations, division counsel for Express Scripts Canada, and a board member and corporate secretary for Inside Rx. Prior to joining Express Scripts in 2008, Brncic was a shareholder at the law firm of Polsinelli PC.
Brncic received a Master of Business Administration in 2013 and a Juris Doctorate in 2000 from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in 1996.
