These records consist of reports and studies done by the Office of Institutional Research. They may contain , but not limited to, reports received by this office from other institutions, reports on subjects such as tenure salaries, HEGIS, CBHE, enrollments, admissions summaries, degree completions, student rankings, credit hour summaries, financial statistics, library statistics, student financial aid, research funding, etc.
Authorized Retention:
Retain for period of reference value not to exceed ten (10) years, then transfer to Archives.
Supersedes Records Retention Authorization 81-16.
