1. Tickets To University Functions
These records consist of ticket audit stubs, voided tickets, unsold tickets, and lists of complimentary tickets to University functions, such as, athletic events, plays, concerts, films or any other event for which tickets are created.
Authorized Retention:
Retain for one (1) year from the end of the fiscal period in which the event took place, then destroy.
Example: If event date was January 15, 1996, tickets can be destroyed after June 30, 1997.
Note: This authorization supersedes all previous "ticket" retention authorizations dated prior to April 30, 1997.
